• To allow the confirmed business to manage its customer relationship and bookings.

Sharing With Businesses

When a customer confirms a relationship with a business, the relevant customer details and booking information may be visible to that business. Data is not shared with unrelated businesses. Global customer identity data must not be exposed to a business before the relationship is confirmed.

AI, LLM Features, And Analytics

The service may use AI/LLM-assisted features to interpret booking requests and support conversational flows. Personal data should be minimized where possible. Statistics and system improvement should use aggregated, anonymized, or non-personal data where possible. Personal data is not sold and is not used for advertising profiling.

Retention
